About Our Founder
Karen Happel started Genuine Content to provide creative marketing services that leverage human connection and psychology. She quickly began helping her clients grow their businesses, and Genuine Content was on its way to something more. A lifelong storyteller, Karen has a talent for getting to the core of every story to find the compelling heart strings that reach out and connect with audiences.
With nearly a decade casting reality tv shows under her belt for major television networks, she has a unique perspective and understanding of people from all walks of life. And it is this understanding that makes her a natural at connecting businesses to their audiences, and then turning those audiences into loyal long-term customers.
What started as Karen-and-her-computer is now an operation that includes a team of creatives including designers, coders, photographers, and copywriters who come together to tell the stories of Genuine Content’s clients… one business at a time.
