Fulfillment Policy

1. Refunds — Refunds for services rendered are possible only at the discretion of the business owner. Refunds for digital products are not possible at any point.

2. Deliveries — Digital product deliveries can be expected within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Returns – As products are digital, returns are not permitted.

4. Cancellations — Services may be cancelled at any point during the course of a project. Deposits are non-refundable.
